Simon Reynish MIoD CMILT MAPM MIsntLM

Executive Director of Inner Viking Ltd., Simon has over 30 years experience in the logistics and transport sector. Simon has completed a large number of consultancy and short term contract assignments, project managed software implementations and ISO standard reviews and been involved in commercial development. He has lectured at BSc and MSc level. As a volunteer activist for the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport he has held officer positions from Group Chair to Board Trustee. In 2019 he turned his focus to Renewables to find a complementary solution to solar power when the sun is not shining. This project is ongoing with a prototype wind turbine going into production in 2021.

Gavin Shannon FCILT

An experienced transport and logistics director with first hand experience of freight transport and warehousing operations, fleet optimisation, H&S compliance and HR. Proven track record of team building, union negotiation, conflict resolution, performance management and multi customer management. Gavin has expertise and experience in new business start-up, existing account improvements, KPI implementation and development, process improvement, financial, project and programme management. Gavin has been instrumental in the development of the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport in the North West as Cheshire Group Chair and North West Region Chair.
